Safety Guidelines
Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables are in use.
To help provide a safe experience:
Do not allow rough play, flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls or netting
Remove shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and pets before entering
Follow age and occupancy recommendations for each inflatable
Keep water away from electrical connections and blower equipment
Do not use inflatables during strong winds, heavy rain, or severe weather conditions
Our team secures each inflatable during setup and checks the area for safe installation conditions.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation date and inflatable rental. Customers may cancel and request a deposit refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
If severe weather conditions are expected, we understand that plans may need to change. Weather-related cancellations requested the day before the event — when reliable forecasts are available — may qualify for a refund or rescheduling option depending on the situation.
We are happy to work with customers whenever possible to reschedule events to a new available date.
The remaining balance is typically due by e-transfer the day before delivery. For invoice payments, full payment should be completed at least 3 days before the event to allow time for processing and confirmation.
Delivery & Setup
Please ensure the setup area is clean, accessible, and free of sharp objects, debris, or pet waste before delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing adequate space and access for setup, including a nearby electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the inflatable location.
Delivery times may vary depending on the event schedule and route planning. We recommend having the setup area ready before the scheduled delivery window.
For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be installed during severe weather conditions or in unsafe setup areas.

In some cases, we may request photos of the backyard access gate or the setup area before delivery to help confirm that the inflatable will fit safely and properly in the available space.
